Thank you for shopping with us. Every order is made, packed, and shipped with care. The information below explains our shipping timelines, international delivery expectations, and customer rights for orders placed within the United States and the European Union.
Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Custom, made-to-order, or high-volume orders may require additional processing time. If delays occur, customers will be contacted by email.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States
- European Union countries
- Additional international destinations where available at checkout
If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship there.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after processing is completed.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)
European Union
- Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal carriers.
International shipping delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or local import procedures are outside our control.
Customs, VAT, and Import Fees
For international orders, including those shipped to the EU, customers may be responsible for VAT, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their local government or carrier.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated during checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be provided by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment
- Refunds may exclude original shipping costs
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery or expected delivery date.
We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it for any reason and without justification, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise this right:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition where applicable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Please note that certain custom-made or personalized items may be exempt from the right of withdrawal under applicable EU law.
